Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TwinGP (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our mobile application and related services (the “Service”).

Key points

• Advertising. The Service may display third-party advertisements, including ads provided through Google AdMob and related advertising technologies.
• Chat history is local by default. Your chat history is stored on your device. Some data you submit (like prompts) is transmitted to provide AI features.
• AI uses third parties. To generate responses, we may send your inputs to third-party AI infrastructure and model providers through our backend.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and outputs. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate and should not be relied upon as professional advice (including medical, legal, or financial advice). Use your judgment and verify information when needed.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. If you create an account, we collect your email address and use a cloud authentication provider to manage sign-in and account security. We do not store your plaintext password.

User content. When you use chat and tools, you may provide text and (depending on the feature) images, files, or voice input. This content is used to provide the feature you requested.

Settings and app state. We may store limited account/state records (such as status and timestamps) in backend services (including a cloud database) to operate the Service.

Device and technical data. We may collect basic technical information (device type, OS version, language, app version) and diagnostic events (e.g., errors) to keep the Service reliable and secure.

Security logs. Our systems may temporarily store logs (e.g., request timestamps, IP address, error details) for abuse prevention, security, and troubleshooting.

2. AI Processing

When you submit content to AI features, your input may be transmitted to our servers and to third-party AI infrastructure and model providers to generate a response. These providers process data on our behalf as service providers.

Training: We do not use your personal information to train our own AI models. Third-party AI providers may process inputs according to their own policies and terms. Where available, we aim to use provider controls that reduce or prevent training on submitted content.

Important: Do not include sensitive personal information in prompts (e.g., government IDs, bank details, highly sensitive health data, passwords, or payment information).

3. Permissions (Android)

Depending on features you use, the App may request permissions such as Internet, microphone, camera, notifications, exact alarms (for reminders), and media access (for attaching images/videos). If you deny a permission, the related feature may not work.

4. Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertisements, including ads provided by Google AdMob and related advertising technologies.

Advertising providers may use device identifiers, cookies, mobile advertising IDs, approximate location, and similar technologies to provide and measure advertisements.

We do not sell personal information. However, third-party advertising providers may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers (such as cloud authentication/database providers, third-party AI providers, infrastructure hosting providers, and advertising partners) to operate the Service, and as required by law or to protect safety and security.

6. Content Safety and Moderation

We implement safety measures designed to reduce harmful, unsafe, or inappropriate content and to prevent abuse of the Service. Despite these measures, AI outputs may still be incorrect or inappropriate.

7. Location

We do not collect precise location data (such as GPS). Approximate location may be inferred from IP address and related network information for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and advertising purposes.

8. Storage, Retention, and Deletion

Chat history (on device). Chat history is stored locally on your device (app private storage). You can delete chats in the App. Uninstalling the App or clearing app data removes locally stored chat history.

Cloud account data. Account authentication data is stored with our authentication provider while your account exists. Limited state records may be stored in our cloud database for Service operation.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable laws, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or request restriction of certain processing activities.

You may also:

• Delete chats stored locally on your device;
• Delete your account where supported;
• Disable permissions through your device settings; and
• Limit ad personalization through your device advertising settings.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including through cloud infrastructure and third-party service providers.

11. Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information (including encryption in transit and access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

12. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy and update the “Last updated” date.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TwinGP application, website, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Use of the Service

You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You may not use the Service to harm others, distribute illegal content, circumvent security, or abuse or overload our systems.

3. Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. AI-generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence systems that may generate inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate outputs. Outputs generated by the Service are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any outputs before relying on or sharing them.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• All prompts, files, and content submitted to the Service;
• Ensuring you have the rights to submit such content;
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations; and
• Evaluating the suitability and accuracy of AI-generated outputs.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, abusive, or fraudulent content;
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Create malware, phishing systems, spam, or unauthorized surveillance tools;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract underlying models or datasets;
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Service;
• Impersonate individuals or organizations; or
• Generate content intended to deceive, harass, or exploit others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

7. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal or permitted commercial use.

The Service, including its software, models, branding, logos, interfaces, and design elements, is owned by TwinGP and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, store, reproduce, and use such content solely for operating, securing, improving, and providing the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that prompts, uploads, and interactions with the Service may be processed by automated systems and third-party infrastructure providers for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. AI outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate; use your judgment and do not rely on them for critical decisions without verification.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TwinGP and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TwinGP, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service;
• Your content;
• Your violation of these Terms; or
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Service with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
