We may receive information from:
- identity and email-validation providers;

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use personal information to:
- create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and provide the Service;
- operate AI chat, agents, voice, automation, storage, APIs, and related features;
- process subscriptions, payments, invoices, credits, and plan entitlements;
- enforce usage limits, prevent fraud, abuse, spam, and security threats;

4. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE PROCESSING
4.1 TwinGP uses artificial intelligence systems, including third-party AI model providers and routing services, to generate responses, suggestions, automations, images (where enabled), and other outputs based on your inputs.
4.2 Your prompts, files, and related context may be transmitted to AI providers solely to deliver the features you request, subject to our agreements with those providers and applicable law.
4.3 AI systems may process content automatically. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, outdated, or otherwise unsuitable. AI processing does not constitute human review unless expressly stated.
4.4 We may use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized usage data to improve reliability, safety, and performance of the Service. Where we state that private workspace content is not used to train public foundation models, that statement controls for that feature; otherwise, treat model-provider terms as also applicable.
4.5 You remain responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them for business, legal, medical, financial, safety, or other consequential decisions.
5. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING (WHERE APPLICABLE)
Depending on your location, we may rely on one or more of the following bases:
- performance of a contract with you;
- your consent (which you may withdraw where consent is the basis);
- legitimate interests (such as securing the Service, preventing abuse, and improving product quality), balanced against your rights;
- compliance with legal obligations;
- establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
If you are in India, processing is conducted in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (as and when applicable) and other relevant rules. If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar jurisdictions, GDPR/UK GDPR concepts may also apply.
6. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
6.1 Service Providers and Subprocessors
Hosting, cloud infrastructure, databases, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, security, customer support, AI model providers, and similar vendors who process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
6.2 Integrations You Enable
If you connect third-party services (for example, email, CRM, storage, messaging, or developer tools), those services may receive data according to your configuration and their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
6.3 Business Transfers
In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
6.4 Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or security issues, or enforce our agreements.
6.5 With Your Direction or Consent
We may share information when you instruct us to do so or otherwise consent.
7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Your information may be processed in India and/or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we implement appropriate contractual and technical safeguards for cross-border transfers.
8. DATA RETENTION
8.1 We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
8.2 Account content (including chats, automations, files, and logs) may be retained while the account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter, unless earlier deletion is requested and legally permissible, or unless longer retention is required for security, billing, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
8.3 Backup copies may persist for a limited time after deletion and will be removed in accordance with our backup rotation practices.
9. SECURITY
9.1 We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These may include encryption in transit, access controls, hashing of passwords, monitoring, and least-privilege practices.
9.2 No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, API keys, connected accounts, and devices. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
10. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- access personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion of personal information;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- request data portability, where applicable;
- opt out of non-essential marketing communications;
- lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
To exercise rights, contact us using the details in Section 14. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some requests may be limited where we must retain data for legal, security, billing, or legitimate business reasons.
