Use agents in Automation and Talk

In Agentic AI Automation

Add your published agent as a step in a flow:

1. Open Agentic AI Automation and edit a flow.
2. Add an agent / AI agent step.
3. Select the published agent.
4. Pass inputs from previous steps (ticket body, lead fields, etc.).
5. Map the agent output into later steps (CRM update, reply draft, Slack message).

This is the same pattern popular agent+flow platforms use: flows orchestrate; agents decide and draft.

In Talk with AI

1. Open Talk with AI.
2. Choose the agent as the brain (instead of General AI).
3. Start a face-to-face live avatar conversation.
4. The avatar speaks with that agent’s role, tools, and knowledge context.

Conversation can lead to drafts and follow-through — keep human approval where your process requires it.

Tip

Use one published agent as the shared specialist across Chat, Automation, and Talk so behaviour stays consistent.
