Be specific about trigger, apps, and outcome:

When a new HubSpot deal is created, draft a welcome email, post a Slack summary to #sales, and create a follow-up task. Ask me before sending the email.

For agents:

Create a support triage agent. It should read the ticket, tag severity (P1–P3), and suggest a reply. Never refund or delete accounts.
