Create a flow

1. Open Agentic AI Automation.
2. Create a new automation (or start from a template).
3. Choose a trigger.
4. Click + to add actions in sequence.
5. Configure each step in the side panel (display name, settings, error handling).
6. Use variables from previous steps where needed.
7. Publish when ready; keep drafts while iterating.

Canvas basics

Like other modern builders (modern):

• Zoom and pan the canvas
• Reorder or insert steps between existing ones
• Watch validation indicators before publishing

Common step types

• App actions — Gmail, Slack, Sheets, CRM, etc.
• AI / agent steps — classify, draft, or call a TwinGP AI Agent
• Router / branches — different paths by condition
• Code — light custom logic where pieces are not enough
• Human approval — pause until someone confirms

Best practices

• Name steps clearly (Notify sales Slack, not Step 4).
• Fail closed on customer-facing sends.
• Test with sample payloads before enabling production triggers.
