SOP — Using TwinGP AI

Goal: Understand that TwinGP gives you the AI model, use plan tokens wisely, and know when BYOK is optional.

Steps

  1. Sign in to TwinGP (see First login).
  2. Open Settings → Plan / Usage and note your AI token allowance.
  3. Use product surfaces as normal — TwinGP AI is included:
    • Chat and Build
    • Talk with AI (face-to-face live avatar)
    • AI Agents
    • Agentic AI Automation AI steps
  4. Prefer TwinGP AI for daily work — don’t waste money on a big model for every task. TwinGP AI is still a big model, but cost stays low because it is MoE with smart activation (right expert at the right time).
  5. If your admin or plan offers BYOK, use it only when you must bring your own provider key. Most users stay on TwinGP AI.

Done when

You can start Chat or Talk without adding an API key, and you know where to check remaining AI tokens.
