SOP — First login

Goal: Reach TwinGP home with the main pillars visible.

Steps

1. Open https://twingp.com (or your org URL).
2. Choose Sign up or Sign in.
3. Complete email verification if prompted.
4. Confirm you see the primary navigation:
   • Chat and Build
   • AI Agents
   • Talk with AI
   • Agentic AI Automation
5. Open Settings (account) and note Plan / Usage — TwinGP gives you TwinGP AI with plan AI tokens (no separate API key needed to start).
6. Optional: open Documentation from Settings to return to these docs.
7. Read Using TwinGP AI if you want the MoE / cost-saving model story.

Done when

You can open each of the four primary surfaces without errors.

If blocked

• Wrong workspace invite → ask your admin
• Plan trial expired → upgrade under Settings → Plan
• Support: use Contact us / Report a Bug in Settings
