Create and manage AI Agents

Create

1. Open AI Agents from the TwinGP sidebar.
2. Start a new agent.
3. Give it:
   • A clear name and role (what it is responsible for)
   • Instructions / system guidance (tone, boundaries, success criteria)
4. Attach tools and optional knowledge (see Tools and knowledge).
5. Save a draft and test in the agent chat before publishing.

Design tips

• One agent, one job — “Invoice follow-up” beats “Do everything”.
• Write boundaries: what it must never do (refunds, delete data, send without approval).
• Prefer tools that match the job; unused tools increase noise and cost.

Manage

• Edit instructions and tools as processes change.
• Re-test after major tool or knowledge updates.
• Prefer published versions for Talk with AI and automations so conversations use a stable brain.

Publish

Publishing makes the agent available to other TwinGP surfaces (automation steps, Talk brains) according to your plan and workspace permissions.
