SOP — First AI Agent

Goal: Publish one working AI Agent.

Steps

  1. Open AI Agents.
  2. Create a new agent named e.g. Support triage.
  3. Write instructions:
    • Role
    • Inputs it expects
    • Output format
    • Hard boundaries (never refund / never delete)
  4. Attach 1–2 tools you already have connections for (or create connections first).
  5. Add a small knowledge snippet if available (FAQ).
  6. Chat-test three prompts (happy path, edge case, refusal case).
  7. Publish the agent.
  8. Optional: select it as the brain in Talk with AI.

Done when

Published agent answers in-role and refuses out-of-bound requests.
