SOP — First automation

Goal: Publish one automation with a successful test run.

Steps

1. Open Agentic AI Automation.
2. Create a new flow or import a template.
3. Set a simple trigger (manual / schedule / webhook for testing).
4. Add 2–3 actions (e.g. AI classify → Slack notify).
5. Map variables between steps.
6. Add an approval before any external send if needed.
7. Test run with sample data.
8. Fix failures using run details.
9. Publish / enable.

Done when

A green successful run appears in history.
