Guardrails and oversight

Agentic systems are powerful because they can loop and decide. TwinGP’s product principle is clear: humans remain in control of approvals, permissions, and judgment.

Practical guardrails

  1. Define stop conditions — when the agent must ask a human (refunds, deletes, external messages, legal claims).
  2. Limit tools — only the apps and actions required for the job.
  3. Use approvals in automations when an agentic result must be reviewed before side effects.
  4. Prefer draft-then-send for customer-facing content.
  5. Log and review runs — inspect failures and unexpected tool calls.
  6. Separate environments — test graphs with sample data before production credentials.

-informed mindset

graph-based graphs make it easy to wire many tools. That flexibility is the point — and the risk. Start with a narrow toolset, prove value, then expand.
